We as a school are now taking further precautionary measures to help stop the spread of the virus.
All school events that involve parents coming into the building are cancelled; Easter events & Communion etc
As of tomorrow non-essential visitors will NOT be allowed into school and we will not be going out of school to join any activities.
Therefore, Y5 will no longer be going swimming.
Afterschool clubs provided by external providers are now cancelled with immediate effect.
|Tuesday||Alternative Sports Club|
|Create and Dance|
If the cancellation of these clubs causes you any difficulty please contact the school office directly. If you choose to take your children out of staff led after school clubs please inform the office so that they can be removed from the register.
Just a reminder, following the latest Government guidelines;
If you are self-isolating you MUST inform school and state that you are self-isolating for 14 days.
We will have available packs of learning resources for pupils for collection if a friend/relative is able to do this for you. If this is not possible please contact school to arrange delivery by another means.
If your child is unwell in school we will check their temperature immediately and if there is a cause for concern we will contact you directly to take your child home. You will then have to remain isolated for 14 days, this includes all members of your family.
Please ensure that your contact numbers are up to date.
In the event of a school closure we have a plan in place to ensure that your child’s learning continues as far as possible as we will provide your child with a learning pack.
We will continue to keep you updated of any changes. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact myself or Mrs Ramsden directly.
